I joined Eightpoint five years ago as a Media Buyer on the Desktop team. At the time, I was eager to learn and excited to build a foundation in performance marketing
Today, I’m the Director of User Acquisition, leading the growth strategy for Eightpoint’s mobile app portfolio across both Android and iOS. I oversee the full investment budget, manage a talented team of media buyers, and guide acquisition strategies across key partners like Google, Meta, AppLovin, and DSPs.
My role combines strategy, leadership, and hands-on collaboration. I work closely with our team to design testing frameworks, identify scalable opportunities, and refine optimization tactics. A big focus of my work is driving creative innovation, from generating ideas to reviewing assets to scaling the concepts that win. Data plays a big role in everything we do, and I partner closely with our Product and Data teams to align on roadmaps, build measurement systems, and ensure our decision-making is grounded in strong insights.
Looking back, my journey from Desktop Media Buyer to Director of UA reflects Eightpoint’s culture of growth, trust, and opportunity. I’ve been able to grow alongside the company, take on increasing responsibility, and help shape the future of our mobile growth strategies. I’m excited to continue mentoring my team, exploring new acquisition levers, and pushing our mobile portfolio to the next level.
