You will be responsible for a variety of activities, including employee relations, payroll, performance management, and any other ad hoc requests. You will be reporting directly to our HR Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Where You’ll Make an ImpactAdminister employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, with support from ADP’s benefits administration tools.Collect data from management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews. Manage payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries.Address and resolve payroll discrepancies
